1. Who we are
Divine Oraculum ("we", "us") is an independent practice offering written readings in traditional astrology and divinatory crafts (tarot, runes, dream interpretation). Each reading is prepared by hand and delivered as a written document.
2. Nature of the service
The readings we deliver are works of interpretive craft. They are intended for personal reflection, study, and decision support. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are facing an issue in any of those domains, please consult a qualified professional.
3. Pricing and payment
Each service is priced as listed on our public pricing page. All amounts are in Euros (EUR) and inclusive of any applicable taxes for our jurisdiction. Payment is taken in full at the time of commission, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Delivery
We aim to deliver each reading within one to three working days of receiving full and accurate birth data (or, for non-natal services, the question and any supporting context). Complex readings, peak-demand periods, and rectification cases may extend that window. If a reading will take longer than three working days, we will tell you in advance.
5. Refunds and cancellations
You may cancel a commission for a full refund at any time before work has begun on your reading. Once work has begun, refunds are at our discretion and may be offered in part. After a reading has been delivered, we do not offer refunds for change of opinion about the content. If you believe a reading does not match what was commissioned (wrong service, wrong tier, wrong subject), contact us within fourteen days and we will correct it at no additional cost.
6. Intellectual property
The reading we prepare for you is yours to keep, print, and re-read for personal use. Please do not redistribute, resell, or publish the document, in whole or in part, without written permission. The interpretive frameworks, document templates, and brand assets remain the property of Divine Oraculum.
7. Confidentiality
We treat the contents of your reading and the information you share to commission it as confidential. We do not share, sell, or publish your data or your document. See our Privacy policy for details on how your data is handled.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a reading is limited to the price you paid for that reading. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including any decisions you make based on the contents of a reading.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your commission is the version published on this page on the day you commissioned the reading.
